1. Original Daize Crust

โ‘ฃ Mix yolk and sugar in a bowl, pour 4. slowly and mix with a whisk, transfer to a pot, and boil until 80โ„ƒ while stirring continuously. *The completion point is when whipping marks are formed.

โ‘ค Remove from heat and stir continuously so that the bottom part is not cooked, add pre-soaked gelatin and mix.

โ‘ฅ Melt the pre-cut Toblerone chocolates in a microwave for 30 seconds each.
