Bburinkle Rice Pancake Crumble Recipe


1. Glutinous Rice Cake
glutinous rice flour 60g, water 60g, sugar 4g, salt 0.5g

โ‘  Cover the mini-round pan with plastic wrap.
โ‘ก Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
โ‘ข Boil water at 100โ„ƒ. 2. Mix and knead.
โ‘ฃ Cover the top with plastic wrap, make a hole, and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
โ‘ค When it becomes sticky and transparent, separate 20g of glutinous rice cake for topping.

* Sticky rice cake for toppings
Sprinkle starch powder on a cutting board, coat glutinous rice cake with starch powder, spread it flat, and cut into 0.5cm pieces.
Roll in starch powder one more time, shake off the powder by sieving it, and store it in a container.

2. Cream Cheese

all purpose flour 95g, almond powder 40g, yellow cheese powder 35g, bburinkle powder 15g, parmesan cheese powder 19g, sugar 56g, salt 2, butter 112g

โ‘  Put all ingredients except butter in a food processor and grind with low strength.
โ‘ก Add cold butter and quickly grind.
โ‘ข Put the finely ground powder in a disposable bag and make a 3cm-sized lump.
โ‘ฃ Keep refrigerated until use and harden for at least 1 hour.

4. Finish
for toppings (glutinous rice cake 20g, cream cheese 25g, bburinkle powder 5g, parsley appropriate amount)

โ‘  Place parchment paper on a No. 1 high round pan.
โ‘ก Add half of the bburinkle crumble and spread it out evenly.
โ‘ข 170°C air preheat for 5 minutes on the air fryer and bake for 170°C for 10 minutes.
โ‘ฃ Cool in a pan.
โ‘ค Gently loosen the cream cheese, add half of it to the completely cooled 4. Spread evenly with a silicone spatula.
