1. Citron Earl Gray Pound
126g butter, 112g sugar, 1g salt, 77g egg, 151g soft flour, 4g baking powder, 4g earl gray tea bag, 60g yuja syrup

โ‘  Place parchment paper on a No. 1 high round pan.
โ‘ก Mix the soft flour and baking powder and sieve.
โ‘ข Beat the pomade butter in a mixer bowl with a whisk.
โ‘ฃ Add sugar and salt and mix.
โ‘ค Add room temperature eggs little by little and mix to cream.
โ‘ฅ Add the sifted powder and Earl Gray tea bag and mix.
โ‘ฆ Put it in a piping bag and squeeze half of the 1. inside
โ‘ง Put the yuja cheong in the center and pan the remaining dough on top.
โ‘จ After preheating the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes, bake at 160°C for 10 minutes, cover with foil and bake at 160°C for 40 minutes.
โ‘ฉ After baking, give it a shock, separate it from the pan, turn it over and cool it on a cooling net.

2. Citron Cream
140g cream cheese, 55g butter, 40g yuja syrup, 5g whipping cream

โ‘  Gently loosen room temperature cream cheese, then add room temperature butter and loosen gently.

3. Finish
