30g rainbow popcorn, 40g marshmallow, 11g butter

2. Fruit Cream Cheese
350g cream cheese, 35g sugar A, 200g whipping cream, 20g sugar B, 3g gelatin, 2g vanilla extract, 20g mix peel, 15g lemon peel

โ‘  Put the bottom wrap and the mousse band on the round No. 1 mousse ring and support the floor with the pedestal.
โ‘ก Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes and then remove the water.
โ‘ข Add sugar B to cold whipping cream and whip 70%.
